Business owners and employees often are affected and annoyed by the daily stresses of a work day. In a survey done by ECigaretteDirect, out of 800 working people it was reported that 18% of workday stressors are unrealistic workloads and a whopping 31% reported that slow or broken down internet was their most annoying and stressful work related issue.
Many of the issues reported, were due to internet and email not working. The last thing business owners need is such a fixable irritation for something so crucial in the workplace, contributing to employee stress. IT already has their hands full without the email and internet going down on a regular basis. Some recommendations with regards to these needed solutions can be found here.
So with 31% of the work related stressors being computer associated, company owners are trying to invest in better communication and computer reliability. This can be done a number of ways but the most prominent way is through the use of good servers. A reliable computer server results in faster speeds, better memory, security and consistency. This means that as businesses switch to better servers, employees have reduced stress levels resulting in a happier work environment and better production. And if you are looking for faster speeds and better server options on, visit dell.com.
When such a large stressor is out of the way, the others can be reduced as well. The 18% that felt an unrealistic work load contributed to their stress and annoyances will feel less stressed due to being able to accomplish more during a work day through the use of faster servers.
Other daily activities or items that employees and business owners reported as annoying or stressful in their work environment were a bad commute (14%), client demands (6%), compiling end-of-year accounts (11%), their boss (8%) and 9 % said that others attending meetings late was annoying. Almost all of which can be reduced or removed through the use of better servers. Bosses will be less stressed and friendlier when they aren’t stressing about the computer systems working incorrectly and client demands can be handled more effectively through a faster and better memory capable server.
No matter the stressor or annoying factor in a work day, by fixing and eliminating the largest problem for employees, it creates an opportunity to fix other stressors within a work place and create a productive and enjoyable environment for business employees and owners alike.
