For your business information needs – just grab a donut!
This is my first post on here; so hello everyone! I hope to be back a lot in the next few months to help people out both with small business, and social media issues.
Where do you begin?
When I started my own business last year, I was over-welmed with the amount of information that I needed to sift through. There was just too much out there.
The internet can be a dangerous place.
It provides a wonderful resource for getting details on a topic; but where in heaven’s name do you begin? If you get it wrong, it could be disastrous.
Getting your business off to the right start means that you are more likely to set off with a bang.
I wanted a single resource that would help me with the initial information requirements, and also support me further down the line as the business changed.
Grab a Donut
Luckily for me, I found it! The Donut webites are perfect. They are split into topic areas; helping you to get to grips with the latest thinking, and resources in the areas that you are most likely to need to reference. Sites include:
- Start-Up
- Marketing
- Law
- IT
- Tax.
If what you want isn’t on a Donut, its not worth having!
The resources range from templates for staff appraisals, to blogs about the latest topics. All of which are easily navigated.
So if you are struggling in the mire of information overload; and need someone to help you wade through it all; try a donut.
